Annual Conference of the Indian Library Association (ILA) 2025 is organized with Jointly by University of Agricultural Sciences, Raichur, Central University of Karnataka, Kalaburgi and Indian Library Association, New Delhi. In which Dr. Manjunath B. Uttarkar Presented the Paper on “Impact of KNIMBUS on Academic Research: A Study on VTU Consortium Resource Usage at Tontadarya College of Engineering, Gadag Karnataka (INDIA)” Which was awarded First Place in the Technical Session, He also worked as a Co-rapporteur of conference. and also he was one of the editor for the volume "Innovative approaches to Community information and knowledge hub" "Festschrift in honor of Dr. B. R. Gadagin Rtd Librarian, Veerashaiva College, Bellary.
